How It Works - From booking to payment & delivery

Welcome!

Once you’ve inquired and we’ve locked in your session date, we’re all set. We’ll do your shoot on the day, and after that, I’ll carefully select the best images and begin editing once payment has cleared.

Payment is due on the day of your session, not after the gallery is complete. Editing does not begin until payment is received. If there’s a delay in payment, there will be a delay in the delivery of your images (unless you're still waiting on your invoice).

I personally choose the best images for your final gallery, removing any with closed eyes, duplicates, or awkward angles. I won’t cut out anything meaningful, but the final selection is at my discretion and only the final jpegs will be sent. Raw images will not be sent out.

Your final gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks from the date of payment.
Images will be uploaded into a private Pixieset gallery, which will remain active for 30 days. Please ensure you download and back up your gallery to YOUR own hard drive, cloud storage, or Dropbox during that time.

My gallery site is a delivery platform—not long-term storage amd will remain active for 3 months post delivery. If your gallery expires and you need it re-uploaded, there is a $80 reactivation fee. To avoid this, make sure you download your images before the expiry date - ideally as soon as you receive them.
